My other post. Oprah wanted to know if you had a traumatic senior year.
I know what I say isn't what they were looking for, but I'm saying it anyway. Anything to get their attention. This is what I said.

Yes, my senior year was horrible. I thought my mother was going to die. I watched for signs of her dying, almost every day.
She was awesome. She was amazing, and when I was 16, she developed colon cancer. My senior year was traumatic. We, I, thought she was going to die that year, and cried buckets of tears before I started my senior year. I had been told it would be surprising if she lived 8 months. My father died before I was born and I had no siblings.
My mother had a glorious surgery, though, in April of 1993, and had a glorious 9 month remission, to die July 12, 1994, at the end of my first year of college.
My senior year was traumatic because I kept waiting for her to die.
But, good news is, she didn't die that year. Bad news is, she died the next.
She got to see me graduate from high school. She had just gotten out of the hospital after having a tumor removed that was over 25 pounds. She had most of her "innerds" removed in that surgery, but it was miraculous because that tumor was supposed to have been inoperable.
I have tried to contact you all before but I hope I get through this time.
I want desperately to be on National Television.
Please check out my blog. I hope it is clear enough.
